    Pros

    if you are in good team, you can get good work
    you can get internal transfer after 1 year
    Greencard process is very quick
    work quality is ok

    Cons

    lot of politics
    work quality is really very bad in some the teams

    Innovation and good learning opportunity. Interesting projects to work on. Flexible work hours. Recognition for the hard work and good career growth.

    Work could be hectic sometimes as the project deadlines sometimes could be very tight and requires long hours of work.

    Value your contractors efforts and recognize their input. After a certain period of time, even the best of workers, if unrecognized lose their enthusiasm to give their best.

    Great people and very smart people
    Interesting and challenging projects
    Decent pay for cost of living
    San Diego is an amazing city

    Long hours
    Understaffed (in my technology silo, but I know other areas that were overstaffed)
    Lots of outsourcing overseas, which often results in lower quality work, and inconvenient hours to accommodate collaboration between locations
