    Pros

Great team dynamic, small team and very helpful colleagues.
Great benefit as interns: tons of group activities and yearly trip to SanDiego from Toronto

    Cons

No really, maybe one con is that the tech trend is not in favour of hardware companies.

I worked at Qualcomm (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Amazing intern events that include surfing lessons, hackathons, Servapalooza, summer on the lawn(QSOL) events, technical talks, laser tagging, carnivals, soccer tournaments, volleyball tournaments, movie nights, and much more
-the Campus Team is great and makes the internship really fun
-You get to work on ground-breaking projects that will change the future of mobile technology
-My team treated me as a valuable member of the team
-Got to push code on a weekly basis and my features were being used by other members of my team
-Get housed in a fully furnished, luxury apartment with maid service
-Live in sunny San Diego where there are tons of things to do during the weekends with your fellow interns

    Cons

    - Like most tech companies, there is a lack of diversity. For example, the team that I was in did not have one female developer. However, recently, Qualcomm has made efforts to change this by holding conferences for diverse college candidates

    Advice to Management

Keep on investing in the summer internship program so Qualcomm can keep attracting top talent

I worked at Qualcomm as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good support network and had a lot of activities with other interns. Work was not the most interesting but at the same time not pure grunt work.

    Cons

People there aren't very fun or young, but that's expected for a company like Qualcomm. Had great benefits overall, so can't say much here.

    Advice to Management

I'm not sure what advice I could give to management. Overall the program was great, and I wouldn't change much.

I worked at Qualcomm as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice Professional Environment. Team members were friendly and Manager always supported and help whenever needed. Given Personal Office and Nice Infrastructure. Very Good Salary. Relocation expenses were provided by the Company. Nice work culture. Got Opportunities to visit San Diego for Company's Intern event twice.

    Cons

Nothing much to say for cons. They do not provide car rentals instead of monthly rent for Temporary living. Regular work hours starts from 9-10 am for most of the employees.

    Advice to Management

Keep the Relocation policy flexible so that Employees & Interns have more options to choose for Relocation.

I have been working at Qualcomm as an intern

    Pros

Qualcomm has a Great atmosphere, great people, and alot of opportunities to learn, as they provide training for whatever you need. Great food. Given alot of responsibility as intern.

    Cons

There isn't a lot of interaction with other departments/sections of the company. There isn't alot of opportunities to interact with other interns and the social aspect a bit lacking.

    Advice to Management

I would advice managers to try and better people's work life balance, as many work over time than they actually get paid.
