I worked at Qualcomm as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great pay, awesome work environment and culture, and really cool technology. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Qualcomm, and the people there are extremely motivated and love what they do. Great work/life balance, benefits, etc.

    Cons

Often had to stay late (but that's okay since the job was great). Little feedback based on my performance - this was important to me because I wanted to grow as an engineer.

    Advice to Management

    Ensure interns receive proper feedback.

I worked at Qualcomm (Less than a year)

    Pros

people work on cutting-edge technology.Leader in their field.Help the interns in basic requirements which helps them in adjusting in new city.Mentor and managers are very helpful.Interns can opt for their favorite team if they want to join as full time.

    Cons

Sometimes there is no predefined project for the interns. So interns do not know what to work on for 3-4 weeks. The building which was appointed to me was very dark.No proper lightings.

    Advice to Management

Management is very good overall. But they can ask the interns for their preferences before assigning them random team.

I worked at Qualcomm (Less than a year)

    Pros

The projects I worked on were actually used in their products. It's great to know your work during an internship was put to use. The work was interesting but not overbearing.

    Cons

Not much either than I could've probably been given more work to do.
