Work is repetitive after couple of years.

I have been working at Qualcomm full-time

    Pros

Cutting edge technology development, decent salary and bonus, benefits package is great, management has stepped up direct employee communication, recent efforts to improve work-life balance.

    Cons

Bureaucratic systems evolved as company grew need to be streamlined, consensus decisionmaking pushed too far and should be delegated downward to keep up with more nimble rivals, stock plans for non-executives are not generous.

    Advice to Management

Resolve licensing dispute with Apple NOW. Take a haircut and move on, the stock price will rebound anyway since lower QTL revenue is largely already built into the price. The hostile takeover action will become too expensive.
