I worked at Quality Community Health Care full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Quality has a Great medical staff, full of Hardworking employees who are truly compassionate for their patients and take the time to get to know their patients on a first name basis, Never a dull moment, Paid Leave, Paid Holidays, Benefits

    Cons

Lack of team engagement, poor communication amongst branches of staff, Egocentric Management, poor pay and room for salary increases. Little time to eat food, scapegoat tendencies when responsibility should be taken, poor consideration for provider scheduling which leads to delayed patient time and unhappy patients, Broken equipment common

    Advice to Management

Happy employees lead to increased work productivity, increased quality and detail of work, less absenteeism and tardiness. Its not always about a raise or bonus, but feeling appreciated as an employee, that keeps employees. No one wants to spend a majority of their week in a non conducive work environment.
