I have been working at Quality Inn & Suites full-time

    Pros

The best reasons to work here would be, the employees (when i worked there) are very nice and understanding. But just like any job you do have someone that acts better, that dont like you ect..
The staff will make your stay a pleasant one.

    Cons

The cons are that some of the rooms could have been painted. They needed new linen.. Sometimes there were not enough workers so housekeeping would be swamped.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employes. In the end, they are the ones that make the pleasant stay for the customers.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Quality Inn & Suites full-time

    Pros

Loved working with my team and having the opportunity to train and lead them.

    Cons

Poor upper management. Did not want to invest in seeing the company improve. This was one location. I have heard wonderful things about other Quality Inns. You have good and bad to companies all the time.

    Advice to Management

Be willing to listen to things that are presented to you. Not that you have to jump on the ideas or even agree. But at least take the time to evaluate. No matter how high the status, we all have things to consider and learn.
