    I love my job an my co-workers.

    Cons

    I don't get enough hours now. I was full time an they keep hiring people an now put me to part time for no reason.

    Pros

    I loved the one to one interaction with the guests and be able to assist them with their needs was very rewarding in its self.

    Cons

    Not being able to give the customer what they wanted on our sold out days, and having to walk them, not my favorite thing.

    Advice to Management

    Love the job and was glad i had the opportunity to work for you.

    A Low Stress Work Environment

    Might be called upon to do a lot of extra duties that aren't in the job description such as preparing breakfast.

    Advice to Management

    Don't wait two weeks to tell an employee they've been taken off the schedule.

    Nice people and Good schedule

    Cons

    Unorganized...nobody uses log book and it makes it difficult for the person beginning their shift. Nobody was on the same page

    Advice to Management

    Hire people who can speak English and communicate with the guests
