    Pros

    Flexible hours and guidance from senior staff. The professional ABA trainings offered through the company we're very informative and helpful.!

    Cons

    Having to fax in time sheets in order to get paid was a bit of a hassle but hopefully they've changed that in the recent years

    Pros

    The benefits were pretty good.

    Cons

    Favoritism, almost everyone in the company is either related or married etc., making it hard for others to move up, they write you up for no reason, if they are friendly with you or like you its ok to be late but if they don't god help you if you're late 1 minute. some of management are very unprofessional. The COO is always yelling and screaming.

    step up your professionalism

    they want to overworked you and pay you in pennies. Culture of he company is very negative.

    Pros

    No pros worse company please run don't work here run if you can. Msc department the worse in all areas they don't pay overtime it should be reported to the department of labor

    Cons

    Worse company don't work here. They write up people for no reason plus they think you are in a boot camp they provide poor quality of service high turn over overwork staff no travel reimbursement. Crazy workload poor benefits this agency should be reported to opwdd immediately lack of services for the individuals thank lord I'm not part of it no more but I hope this post create awareness

    Advice to Management

    Please be more professional trained new staff just sitting all day does not make a difference . This company is so unprofessional from management to directors qsac need to hire better workers for the sake of our disable children

    Pros

    This place is truly special. Working with autistic individuals is a truly life changing experience. The employees are great and very helpful. It a very relaxed place and everyone is friends!

    Cons

    This place is very disorganized sometimes which leads to easily avoidable communication. issues. Needs a bigger space to accommodate everyone in the building.

    Advice to Management

    Having a bigger space would make things a lot easier. SO after school and day hab dont interact. Also purchasing more games and activities would be very beneficial to the kids and the staff.

    I have been with QSAC for 21 years and have helped grow it from 50 employees to 1500 employees AND the best part is that we now serve of 2500 individuals with Autism!
