The individuals can be a delight to work with and will teach you things about yourself you didn't know
Cons
President of the company will retaliate for getting nephew fired for sexual harassment. HR is a joke and should give sensitivity training before they teach you about sensitivity. Union is a joke. Antisemitism and homophobia are allowed to run rampant and hr and management do nothing about it. Some of the staff shouldn't be in this field and mistreat the guys. Management will not accommodate staff with disabilities and is not understanding about it. Management will admit to staff that they don't want to do paperwork so they'd rather demote someone who is a temporary group leader even after they did everything to inhibit someone from doing their job. There is rampant favoritism. Management will yell at one person for being on their phone but will ignore another. Good staff gets chased away and mistreated meanwhile bad staff are allowed to do whatever they want.

Disorganized Company BEWARE
Feb 8, 2023 - Group Leader in Jamaica, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great individuals we serve, built a relationship with a lot of them; they made me love my job. A lot of overtime (led to great paychecks) A lot of PTO
Cons
Terrible management Supervisors are incompetent morons, they only cared about billing (money) not the individuals well being. Coworkers gossip a lot and forget the mission of the company. Salary is terrible especially with the amount of work and stress we had to endure. New rules implemented daily and never followed. No lunch breaks, had to eat with individuals. All supervisors gathered in one office to talk bad about staff, overheard them numerous times. Even pulled them up on it and they didn’t care. If a coworker didn’t like you and was close to upper management they would pick with you, demote you, suspend you or fire you. I’ve seen it several times. Lastly don’t get hurt on the job; they do not care about your safety. So much to say, however I’ll end it here; I do not recommend this company.
