I have been working at Qualtrics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great office culture with pool tables, Foosball, ping pong, stocked refrigerators, catered breakfast and lunches, bring your pet to work and other great office perks. They are very generous with insurance as well and really care about their employees. Senior management interacts with all employees and you can easily talk to anyone in the company no matter what level they are at.

    Cons

No matching 401k offered. Often have to work longer hours. Because the company is growing so fast there is often changes in accounts that you work with.

    Advice to Management

More consistency between all managers. Some managers are much more quantity work oriented while others are quality work oriented.

Young atmosphere. Great company for a salesman. Plenty of fun activities offered outside of work hours.

    Cons

Quotas are held firm regardless of personal situation. Management expectations can be stressful. High turn over.

    Advice to Management

Need to provide a better mentor program.

    Pros

AMAZING culture. Complete transparency. HUGE perks (multiple fully stocked kitchens, catered breakfast every Thursday morning. Subsidized lunch on Tuesday. Games throughout the office. Onsite gym. Amazing Christmas and summer parties. Q Swag every summer and winter)

    Cons

Honestly nothing. Sales can be tough, just like anywhere, but Qualtrics makes it worth while.

    Advice to Management

    Keep rocking the Q culture!

I worked at Qualtrics part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free food, fun co-workers. highly skilled co-workers, fun work environment, self monitored work environment.

    Cons

Highly over qualified sales team that is very underpaid.
Product is good but really difficult to sell with the competing market.
If you go work at Adobe or other software companies in the area your base pay alone will most likely be higher than your salary+ commissions.
Way over crowed sales team, and the system used to track contacts is cluttered and broken.

    Advice to Management

Make your compensation more competitive, reduce sales team numbers.
