    I met a handful of decent people who became friends

    Cons

    Micro management No consistency Unethical If your face fits environment Massively unprofessional organisation Whole UK is run via a WhatsApp group

    Pros

    Good pay, good commission and the flexibility to work when and where you want just like in any field based role

    Cons

    Management put horrible amounts of pressure on field sales staff, bully customers into closing rather than convincing them the benefits of the products
