    I have been working at Quandoo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Learn to argue with restaurant’s and impose your company’s will on them.

    Cons

    Lie to your face about opportunities and they dangle false promises to keep you around. Your job description is irrelevant and changes in a moment’s notice. Targets reflect luck and do not represent your skills, effort and success all whilst predominantly being outside of your control.

    Amazing work culture. High level of inclusion. High level of Autonomy. Great teams.

    Cons

    Lack of sleep when they fly you round the world for work conferences (not really a con).

    I have been working at Quandoo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    This has been my first full time position back in Australia after working overseas for a few years- and what a pleasant welcome back I received. I was head-hunted via LinkedIn and the whole process from start to finish was flawless. Nation-wide management have been promoted from within and there are clear development lines and opportunities. Company culture is also fantastic with every single member of the team involved in a nation-wide chat where we post our successes. Also- members of the team host weekly National training so any new updates, or new features to our product are updated- so we constantly stay in the know and can pitch effectively. I have already recommended 3 past colleagues to work with Quandoo- and would urge anyone who wants a new challenge to do the same.

    Cons

    Not a con- but very fast paced environment. Those who succeed progress to high commissions, or management roles should they wish.

    Pros

    - Ability to manage your own time - Full support from team leaders and higher level management when required - Great team environment - Young, exciting company - Market leading products which make you feel like you are really helping out your clients - Opportunities to progress quickly up the ranks if you perform well

    Cons

    - Not suitable for people who do not manage their own time well - Not suitable for employees who are not computer savvy - lots of our work is done on a laptop and iPhone - Some may not enjoy the very target driven environment and may find it stressful, however this is part and parcel of working for a hypergrowth company
