    Not always open with some employees regarding work status prior to review time
    Team activity is not always present where it would be the best option

    Do more coaching throughout the year to avoid surprises at review time. Good employees like to know at the time if there is a problem with how their management views their performance.

    You can learn a lot there, especially for an entry level employee. My colleagues are all smart and hard working.

    Cons

    Benefit is not very good, a lot of meetings every week. Salary is ofter less than the average in that city.

    Advice to Management

    Talk more with every employee. Give them more opportunities to express their opinions. For the hiring process, care more about their real ability more than what they said.

    I have been working at Quanta Computer full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    in general, It is often, we can get off office on time, do not overwork.

    Cons

    For new policy, we had lost 7 days national holiday and there are no willing to bring it back not to mention that they modified policy of overwork to handle it.

    Have good Benefits in and convenient in Company.
    Have many training resources that employees can have self-improvement opportunities.

    Salary is normal and just enough. The company is big and sometimes have some redundancy culture.
