    Pros

Great small company that allows everyone's coices and ideas. No politics like the larger companies.

    Cons

Middle management doesn't communicate directives or schedules at all. It's common to be pulled in 5 directions at once with deadlines or tasks changing daily or hourly.

    Advice to Management

Upper management is great, keep up the good job! Middle management PLEASE COMMUNICATE with employees and team! Middle management seems to be the weekness in this company with unrealistic schedules and deadlines and zero communication!!!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Quantenna Communications (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small company, lots of snack. However, the free snacks are only in US Fremont office.

    Cons

Be very careful of the upper management, they are trying to be like a military boot camp "Yes sir" kinda crap, so no new innovations, and if you bring new ideas, well there's a trash can.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people, your technology is not that great.

    Pros

Good to work. Very good HR team to help you work there.
Executives are very competitive and good. And technically strong to lead the company.

    Cons

    To much politics going on...
To succeed the competition, should hire a ethnically right person to lead the small team.
A couple of wrong guys will destroy the other guy's great contribution and efforts.

    Advice to Management

Listen to right guys opinion who really cares the company.
