I have been working at Quanticate full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Although the company already has great work/life balance/flexible scheduling, I have seen that Quanticate has been regularly asking how their management team can improve employee satisfaction within the company by conducting surveys (and seriously considering them). I think our company makes a strong effort to take in our employees opinions. They have been successful in listening to what we would like to see and have implemented these ideas to improve benefits and the working environment as a whole.

I've been happy that Quanticate has provided many employees opportunities for learning through mentoring and training (SAS and Statistics) as well as opportunities for advancement. The U.S. Headquarters in Durham has improved benefits for 2015 as well. I think we have a close knit group-ordering lunch in, going to group activities and even recently being part of Habitat for Humanity which was quite enjoyable to us all.

    Cons

No real cons here to mention.

    Advice to Management

I have been impressed that management continues to improve the salaries and benefits and the future of Quanticate looks positive.

good work-life balance, standard benefit. Nice co-workers.

I have been working at Quanticate full-time

    Pros

Nice people at Durham Office but all were laid on July 2015

    Cons

    Very Low Pay
    Poor Communication from Upper Management
Lied about never getting Laid off
No work life balance, do not believe if somebody tells you otherwise
ADVICE to Current and Future Employee: Run as far as you can run away from this company

    Advice to Management

Statement more than advice: Your laid off was boon in disguise now I can work for good pay and benefits and for people who respect their employee.

    I worked at Quanticate full-time

    Pros

Work life balance, nice coworkers in Durham office (though now all gone)

    Cons

Low pay, poor communication from upper management, lied about never laying off, terrible overtime policy

    Advice to Management

Communicate better with non management employees. Anticipate when work will be slow and ensure you can keep your employees busy. Obtain more smaller clients as opposed to only large ones to ensure pipeline of work is adequate for number of employees. Pay U.S. workers according to U.S. averages, not UK averages. Offer better overtime policy

I have been working at Quanticate full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good changes since new general manager in Bangalore, and new group manager.

    Cons

Ignoring people who have not yet put down papers but gvng salary raise to ppl who have out down the papera. Setting a bad example. Every employee will get opportunity outside quanticate. Already you have lost the good talent. Do not retain employees forcefully.

    Advice to Management

Other companies do give good annual bonus. Treat ur employess fairly. Not like donkeys. Take care of your employees, company will b good then.

I have been working at Quanticate full-time

    Pros

Some great co-workers; dedicated and hard-working. Company is involved in a wide cross-section of projects so there are good opportunities to expand knowledge and gain experience.

    Cons

There is a lot of training but it is not focussed. Much is repetitive and unnecessary, ticking boxes. Time could be better spent. Some people are very over-stretched, working long hours to meet deadlines. A lot of exposure on what management is doing but not so much for those doing the core work (DM, programming, stats) that keeps the company going.

    Advice to Management

Too many good people are leaving. Provide focussed training. Balance work-loads. Provide opportunities and career progression. Make the company too good to leave.
