Pros
Opportunity to learn a lot and work with a handful of different people globally. Keep up with trending software. The time off is higher than many other companies to start, which is nice if you are just getting into the work force.
Cons
Though there is a lot of time off you may not always be able to take it, but this can be like that at any job, but it is more obvious at small companies. Also, you will more than likely not have a good work/life balance and will have to work long hours only to never be thanked for your contributions. Some management is lacking the skills that are required to be management.
