It's a shame they don't run their business the way the advise other's.

If you can get over the poor leadership provided, you could possibly gain some valuable life skills.
Cons
Benefits is weak. Executive leadership is belittling, speaks ill of employees in front of other employees, no review process, no guidance on management, no encouragement, no acknowledgment of a job well done.

some really good teacher trainers, fun summer programs with kids, great staff training events for internal trainers, nice fountain outside building
Cons
narrow minded leadership, overworked and underpaid employees, classic 'x' style management mugs employees while taking out-scaled personal gain "because it's their right", talk transparency while being closed off with a 'need to know basis' approach to leadership
