    -A bit of a learning curve but definitely obtainable if you put in the work.

    Pros

    Working and meeting with people outside the company.

    Cons

    Senior Executive seem's lost. Employee's are overwhelmed and if you ask around only maybe 7% of the staff is happy. No Benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Revamp company strategic plan and mission. Negotiate contracts effectively.

    Cons

    Terrible leadership, promises broken, no raises even though work gets more piled on employees because people quit and they won't hire replacements. Tedious work is outsourced to India which has to be corrected by the American staff which means wasted time. The list goes on and one for Cons.

    Pros

    There was really nothing good about this job except the pay was decent (but not worth it) and there were pretty good benefits. People in the Atlanta office are actually good people...

    Cons

    ...but everyone is just looking out for themselves. Once you get clients, you're on your own from there. Very minimal to no training! No teamwork. "Support" from the India team is a joke...they understand basic accounting but they have no common sense of American business operations. You must have experience in accounting/bookkeeping or else you're hopeless. All the employees are constantly frustrated. If you want to talk to India and upset clients on a daily basis, in a really boring office environment then this place is for you.

    Advice to Management

    LISTEN to the employees needs and DO something about it! Consolidate IT needs, and create/buy a CRM platform that manages and tracks service/communication to clients. Invest in the U.S. staff, create an engaging culture, and the improve the processes...or else this will fail

    Pros

    There are no pros to working here except for great coworkers. And....jeans on Friday if they are not too faded

    Cons

    Management is the worst ever. Excessive OT for little pay. No guidance or training. As one current employee told me it is sink or swim!!

    Advice to Management

    Open your eyes to the problems. Quit saying you are "working on it" and actually correct some of the problems.

    There was nothing good about working for this company

    Cons

    Outsources just about everything they can to India now. They don't care about the quality and staff in India is not competent to do the work. US staff is getting smaller and smaller due to the outsourcing. US staff not valued. Little or no raises and hours kept getting longer for how long you needed to work (salaried position.)

    Advice to Management

    Hire competent staff in India if that is the plan. Tell clients you are outsourcing!

    Pros

    Able to set own schedule within some parameters. Opportunity to work from home. Used to be good staff in US.

    Cons

    Management tries to fit all clients into same box, even those they are all different shapes and sizes. High client loads, leads to less customer service. Too much work sent to India staff which is not qualified to complete. Many financial statements go out with inaccurate data due to time crunches and relying on preparation by unqualified staff in India. No 401k match for many years. Very difficult to get a good review and merit increase. Long delays by management of completing reviews and giving increases if earned (2 or 3 months). Looking to make US staff just customer service, forcing out actual accounting professionals. Hard to take PTO time due to workload piling up when off and having to do twice as much work to catch up again.

    Advice to Management

    This is not a world class organization, it is an Indian class organization. Need to understand this is not a standardized business like an assembly line, each client is unique and doesn't fit in the same box as everyone else.
