Pros
Solid international oriented culture, lots of positive reinforcement, company willing to invest in right people and projects. Core product is really solid, with ample amounts of resources devoted to differentiation and "future proofing" the business.
Cons
Still though, it's a crowded market and the sale is NOT easy. cycles can last 9-12 months for even mid sized deals. Bad year of hiring meant the turnover in the US sales team was over 100%, limiting company growth and effectiveness. Mobility plan was NON existent for a long time, and when they launched it, the timeline for growth was extremely long
