Great smart people work here. Love working with the Brits. Dynamic fast paced company with fast innovation on the Engineering side of Qubit.
Cons
Totally saturated market so limiited sales potential. A/B Testing & web site personalization has already been done by most companies.

An enjoyable rollercoaster of a journey!
Feb 18, 2021 - Anonymous Employee in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Smart people working on a smart project. Close knit teams. Great benefits. Slack channels that cover the full spectrum!
Cons
Often being +3 years ahead of the curve has meant we've spent time waiting for the market to catch up. We were once guilty of creating a product we thought the customer needed, not what they wanted. Thankfully, this has since changed. Diversity across the spectrum used to be poor but has also changed for the better.

Best place I've ever worked
Jan 14, 2021 - Anonymous Employee in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I get to work on cutting edge technology, the leadership team seem to really care about our well-being, especially during this recent period. Business seems to have a lot of energy and momentum at the moment and it's a really nice culture. It feels like we've gone from strength to strength recently and we've really thrived having come together as a business during the remote working and Covid. We have also had quite a restructure of the leadership team over the last 12 months which has made a huge positive difference.
Cons
Not really a Con but it's a demanding place to work. The people are smart and straight talking. You've got to be good to work at Qubit and you need to bring your A game every day.

Toxic environment
Dec 9, 2020 - Software Engineer in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Smart and talented people within the engineering and product teams.
Cons
Management has created a toxic culture within the company, CEO and COO are very aggressive with emotional issues, lots of great talent has been pushed out of the company. Company does not have a real direction and people are constantly leaving.
Continue readingWe’re sorry to read that your experience of Qubit was so negative during your time. As you mention, we are lucky to have teams of talented employees at Qubit and want to make sure everyone has the best experience possible. Most importantly we welcome you to talk more about some of your issues directly. In the meantime I wanted to address some of your comments considering that they seem to be out of context to where Qubit is today. In 2020 we have operated the lowest in recent history over the past 6 months and therefore we are surprised to see the statement around constant leavers due to the culture. During remote working we have been maintaining culture and collaboration through events and opportunities to connect, which have been positively received throughout the company. The CEO has had a virtual coffee with every single employee since Summer in the hope that any concerns are raised in an open, informal setting and can be remediated. We have operated daily ELT meetings, addressing employee concerns. We have also maintained a weekly All Hands with open forum to discuss issues. Leadership also endeavours to maintain transparency regarding direction and strategy via weekly company wide meetings and ongoing opportunities to feed back or voice opinions, especially given that we are working within a fast paced industry where we often have to act on change quickly. Our customer performance on the back of our technology beat all records, and this has resulted in the team having to deliver more and work harder to ensure the success of our customers in these challenging times. Sometimes this pace of change and the challenges in today's market serving our customers isn't for everybody, and we will continue to work hard to ensure everyone feels included in the journey. We don't recognise the version of Qubit you present or your suggestions; it does not align with company wide surveys, other Glassdoor reviews, feedback taken in exit interviews, or the current sense of achievement across the business as we continue to post growing new revenue bookings despite challenging trading conditions. However, we do recognise that this was not your experience and as a business we are truly sorry. We are always open to doing things differently and if there were aspects of the direction or culture that you wanted clarity on we most certainly could've helped you with this whilst you were at Qubit. We would still appreciate the opportunity to further understand your feedback and how we can best implement any constructive suggestions, please reach out via hr@qubit.com at any time. Wishing you the best of luck with your future career.

Mar 2, 2017 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The people are smart and friendly Perks like the free company events and free food is great Good Pay
Cons
Client Engineers are treated as second class engineers Zero progression Poor Training Old tech used in the Client Engineering team means people will get behind in the industry over time Not enough staff to cope with the amount of work and it's getting worse Management have favourite staff who they focus on Lies are told in the company to give an illusion of positive change for short term fixes Expectations are for people to always work late to cope with the excessive work load and you are judged if you don't work late
