I worked at Queen Mary, University of London (More than a year)

    Pros

In the field of chemistry - nanotechnology there were both very stimulating environment and friendly people to collaborate with. There were a number of career development courses and opportunities.Very international university campus with state-of-art facilities. New graduate building just opened few months ago.

    Cons

IT service took time to solve some problems a couple of times, but eventually worked it out. Lab spaces in chemistry department offer no view outside the building, so sometimes breaks are needed.
