    Excellent place to work. Amazing reputation in the community. Best care in Hawaii.

    Physician centric with limited autonomy for NPs despite it being a full practice state.

    Full scope of practice. Good orientation.

    Cons

    Salaried; prefer hourly. No difference between RN and NP salary. RN could make more than NP if RN did charge and worked nights.
