    I have been working at Queensborough Community College

    Pros

    -Flexible Hours -Professional office environment -Some of the coworkers are friendly and easy to get along with -(Not much else, using this to fulfill minimum word requirements)

    Cons

    -Basically zero change of a raise or advancement -Terrible management -Inefficient methods of doing work suggested by management -Assigned meaningless tasks -High turnover rate -Negative work environment -"Fake" management/ puts up a front

    -Get new management

    The pros of working here are: 1. Flexible hours that pertain to your school schedule. 2. Very professional way of going about the job. 3. Understanding supervisors.

    There are no cons of working at my specific job at the moment. I have been here for 3 years and I have enjoyed my time here.

    Keep doing what you guys are doing because it is great. Keep the employees motivated and loving their job.

    flexible hours, different pay levels, chance to do workshops or small groups

    Cons

    pay is not much higher depending on your degree, some petty/really unprofessional full time staff

    Advice to Management

    come on time, actually come in to work, pay attention to tutor feedback
