    Pros

    Good place to get experience They paid me enough to pay my bills (I worked in a client facing role) Had unlimited time off and they somewhat encouraged people to use it

    Cons

    No upward mobility Alot of politics here you have to be a favorite to have a chance at moving up They change up their internal processes very often here They don't reward you financially so don't wait for a raise get your experience and leave

    Great benefits and good pay.

    Cons

    No work - life balance, 10 - 12 hour days and weekends, work overload overwhelming, due to unrealistic demands of leadership causing health issues, low morale with Account Management Team.

    Pros

    Most terrible company I have ever worked for- no pros. I have honestly worked for other Fortune 500 companies and Quest by far is worst. I did not have the option to do zero stars. I would not say this company is worth one star.

    Cons

    Terrible company. Not a real sales organization. They have no concept of how to motivate people. The comp plan is insulting and the keep on lowering it every year. If you want to service accounts and put out fires that have nothing to do with you for 12 hours a day, get bullied by management with strange intimidation tactics, and get compensated less than someone working retail folding sweaters in the mall, then this is the job for you.

    Great benefits, dependable income. Work wasn’t hard but manageable made it more stressful than it needed it be.

    Cons

    Management wasn’t on the same page. Didn’t hold everyone accountable for their own jobs.
