    Not Bad

    Pros

Easy to clock in and out. Work required isn't superby complicated. For full-time employees, they provide opportunities to move up and seem to be pretty loyal to their employees. I had a great boss.

    Cons

Pay is obviously not over-the-moon, but bonuses are provided to permanent employees who do well. Temp workers like me are ineligible for most benefits like bonuses. Also, temp workers have to wait until an opening comes to become permanent, even if we have worked for 6 months here.
