I worked at Quest full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great job, loved problem solving.

    Cons

The inner office staff in the QA dept was vicious to one an other. They trash talked, were angry, gave the manager the middle finger. Hated CS staff and were generally a miserable group of women. They need to clean house. Upper management oblivious to the toxic environment.

    Advice to Management

Discipline toxic staff and keep them under wraps. They were stalking CS staff they didn't like, particularly people they had a personal vendetta against. It was a mess. Upper management was very professional, but lead QA's were snide and immature.

I worked at Quest full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The clients are wonderful. I think about them still to this day. It's sad that management does such a bad job and drives the caring people away.

    Cons

Where do I begin? Management is terrible. One will tell you one thing, another something else and then you get in trouble. Certain employees are favored and allowed to behave inappropriately. Training teaches you a bunch of things you don't actually need.

    Advice to Management

Help new employees and take a look at some of the ones you have. A lot of them DO NOT have the clients best interest at hand.
