Pros

On January 11th, 2026, I celebrate 10 years of being part of this great company, and I can’t help but feel incredibly grateful and proud of everything I’ve experienced along the way. It has been a decade filled with learning, challenges, and achievements that have shaped my growth both professionally and personally. I found a place where I could grow, an environment that pushes you to give your best and recognizes hard work and commitment. I’ve had the privilege of working with exceptional people who have taught me, supported me, and inspired me to continuously improve. When I look back, I see that I reached my goals, finished projects, and had experiences that really made a difference. Looking ahead, I’m excited for what’s yet to come: new goals to achieve and more opportunities to contribute to the success of our organization. As I celebrate this milestone, I want to thank everyone who has been part of this journey… I also want to support those who are looking to learn, grow, and contribute, as you will find those opportunities here. Results and fulfillment follow when you work somewhere you believe in and are empowered to advance. Thank you for these first 10 years. Here’s to many more!

Cons

Like any meaningful journey, it hasn’t been without its challenges. The industry evolves, priorities shift, and occasionally the future can feel uncertain. Change can be uncomfortable, but it is also what drives us to innovate, improve, and keep moving forward. Throughout these moments, I have always found support: leaders who guide with vision, colleagues who collaborate with passion, and a culture that encourages resilience and continuous development. Knowing that we have strong leadership and a united team provides me confidence that we are prepared for whatever comes next.

Pros

The people I worked with are amazing.

Cons

Most management is terrible. Micro-managing is very popular. They don't listen to their employees or their ideas. You are truly just a person in a seat there. Extremely underpaid compared to other tech companies. You will work very hard as an ISR making very little base while your outside guy adds hardly any value and makes 6 figures. Commission structure is horrendous. A new slick office won't make up for the internal issues of the company and its structure.

Without more specifics about your (former) location, I can't respond in much detail. I will say that none of this represents Quest and our pay practices.

Pros

There were good times right when we split from Dell software group. I’m having a hard time writing anything good. What made me come to work everyday was a paycheck and my co workers. We did sell good product, the competitors have taken our lunch. We need to reinvent.

Cons

Honestly there is too much to write here that this review could be a short thesis. First the management here is non existent from first line managers to higher up directors/vp’s. The managers on the UEM/DP were all promoted on the buddy system or they achieved great sales to be promoted aka got lucky when it was the good days. I’ve seen good people turn into horrible people they way top down director dictates. They have redefined micromanaging to a new level. Changes happen too often within territories. They say it’s because we are a small company and we are agile....no poor leadership and lack of experience. Pay wow this is the worst. My total OTE is what many Austin companies pay almost as BASE SALARY! They will flat out lie to you during negotiations, I made the mistake please don’t follow me. I don’t see this company getting any better than it is. The reviews on here raving 5/5 are comical. If you read this far I applaud you reading an honest review and trust me when I say this. Do not go here.
