    Lucrative opportunities to move up the ranks, the ability to work and learn from some of the brightest minds in the company, obtaining experience and exposure you can't find elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

    My position at this company is very unique. I coordinate and work with all departments in all offices on any given day. Another thing that is unique is that I joined during the ugliest part of this acquisition. A
    majority of everyone I met, as I began, I had to say goodbye too, and there was a lot. Before my arrival, apparently there was even more, but that's just business. Ask yourself, an equity firm who in addition to having interest in this company, but over 85+ more, and a hedge fund management firm, who owns 32b+ in total [managed assets] decided to acquire a software company for 2.4b, That company being Quest Software Inc, what was their game plan? Let’s be honest. At the end of the day, it's all about limiting costs, and maximizing returns. That being said, as we pass thru the dark we head to a bright light. I am confident our new CEO and his leadership team will accomplish this thru regular company communications, providing transparency, and incentives to drive the motivation of their people to deliver needed IT solutions to clients while still generating massive amounts of revenue.

    Great products and great teamwork.

    Cons

    Once the split from Dell, everything went downhill. Upper management lost touch with what was going on in the field.

    Flexible work schedule. Fresh fruit and coffee provided daily.

    Cons

    A lot of turmoil since the separation from Dell.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on providing employees with meaningful work. Since the separation from Dell moral has dropped.

    Pros

    Work remote, pay, PTO, paid Christmas week.

    Cons

    Executive management are all idiots. Core functions are outsourced and majorly screwed up. Employees are left to find their own way

    Advice to Management

    Wake up! Not everything should be outsourced especially core functions, i.e. HR, payroll, etc.

    It was great before Dell bought them, pay, perks, company direction, all very positive. I hope they've returned to their roots.

    Cons

    Sold to Dell, what a train wreck.

    Pros

    The poor people that are still there are the greatest folks I've ever worked with.

    Cons

    You name it. Management sucks, products suck. Absolutely no evolution in the last 5 years, and they are completely behind the times. They have no direction, and no idea hpw to try to catch up.

    Advice to Management

    Leave and let someone capable take over.
