    Camaraderie is high within the office and there are a lot of incentives to achieve.

    There can be upset/irate members that we deal with.

    Pros

    Love that the washes are sustainable. I enjoyed learning about the machinery and chemicals more than I expected. The store leaders I worked with before customer service were always great too. Regular customers brightened my days at the wash and regular callers who weren’t awful were great in the call center too.

    Cons

    The assistant management in customer service. It’s the reason that I put in my notice with the company, after being there for over a year and working up into corporate from the wash. Wholly unprofessional. I think the company is growing more quickly than they can handle. They also are opening store rapidly but I got into multiple heated discussions with management and HR about wages before putting in a notice as well. If you can’t afford to pay your workers fair wages, pump the brakes on opening stores.

    Pros

    My manager in Customer Service, Cam, is my number one pro. She is one of the best supervisors I have ever had. I also really love how friendly and approachable everyone in the company is. Travis and Jason are always up to taking feedback and suggestions and always trying to improve. I also love that entry level workers get reviews every few months and have a chance to get a pay raise.

    Cons

    The pay is not amazing, but it isn't amazing at any entry level job. Sometimes communication between corporate and the sites is very muddy too.
