    Salary was better than most Companies of the same size and region.

    Cons

    Company went bankrupt due to low Natural Gas and Oil Prices.

    Advice to Management

    Conduct Risk Management, and use better economic formulas to evaluate your projects before you approve Capitol Spending.

    Loved working here. Great people.

    Cons

    Unfortunately, company went into bankrupt and later sold. Will miss this great place.

    Advice to Management

    Sad they couldn't pull through. Top heavy and pay was way too high for upper management.

    Great people work at this company. Benefits are fantastic, as well as great time off, etc.

    Cons

    Financially the company has struggled throughout my employment.

    Communicate more frequently.

    Pros

    Was a great company to work for. Very fair in compensation and excellent benefits. Fantastic work environment and people.

    Cons

    Management took some risks, unfortunately, commodity prices did not support the risks and company was forced into bankruptcy.

    Great benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, LTD, and STD, flexible work schedules, people are great.

    Cons

    Financial struggle for the past several years which ended up in Chapter 11 and auction of the assets

    Flexible schedules, allowed me to manage my own projects and time, laid back yet productive, provided training and opportunities for growth

    Good People, good hours, good pay, good benefits. Try to be good to their employees.

    Cons

    Poor communication between departments, lack of an accountable strategy. Decisions are made by a few and there is no look back or accountability for previous decisions made.

    Advice to Management

    Attemp to define strategies better. Stick to those strategies and receive as much input from the strong diverse thinkers you employ
