Great people & Good Learning Experience but Poor Upper Management

-QC lab tech is a good way to start off and gain some experience in the lab field and learn many new skills. -Being a QC Receiving Inspector in the warehouse as well gives you a lot of understanding too on "behind the scenes" of all that goes on to support continuous production. -Helping out as QC Coordinator teaches you how to handle important documents (Nonconformances) and also dealing with Suppliers. -Almost all the people (except upper management) are fun and friendly. -People are willing to teach you if you have a desire to learn and show you care about what you do. -You can make the most out of it with the right attitude and perspective. :)

-Complete lack of organization from upper management. Never had long term plans but only solved problems with a day by day type approach. -Upper management seems to think that everyone "below" their level are just mere workers and nothing more. -QC department needs work. -Low pay compared to the competitive market currently
