    Good working environment, good relation work-personal life

    Low salaries and lack of clear objectives, very traditional company

    Advice to Management

    Be more flexible, start the digital transformation of the company and have a clear strategy and communicate it to all employees

    No extra time.
    Relatively free job, you can decide your schedule work.
    Good relations with customers.
    Great job enviroment.
    Free courses.

    Cons

    Low salary.
    Not renovation in vacancies.
    A lot of burocracy.
    Some times you do not have work to do, maybe bored.

    Advice to Management

    You have to pay better salaries, it is not possible to have excellents engineers and do not want to pay more.
