I have been working at QuinStreet full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and the office has lots of non-work activities. Sports clubs, happy hours, ping pong table, special events, etc.. Very laid back dress code.

    Cons

Resources can be scarce at times. You need to continually follow-up if you want something done. Stock price could be better.

    Advice to Management

Pay closer attention to the entry level employees. They are the ones who you can teach the platform inside and out, and within a few years will help run the vertical.

I have been working at QuinStreet (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You can truly do whatever you want here, as long as you are willing to do the legwork to figure out HOW to get things done. Compensation is fair, politics are minimal. Friendly, smart people who are totally open to new solutions.

    Cons

There is very little process here, which means it can be frustrating figuring out how to get things done and it can feel like a lot of time gets wasted. Hours can get long, depending on the role.

I have been working at QuinStreet full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoy every bit of working at quinstreet. Not only are the people super friendly and capable, but the job is also interesting an meaningful. I am constantly on the job and never feel bored for a second. You decisions make an impact on the business and is respected by your peers.

Management is flexible and transparent. Senior management is open to your ideas and will always provide helpful feedback so you can do better. You will never be discouraged to focus on side projects or skill sets you are interested in developing.

    Cons

The company is growing so there are a few human resource constraints. Other than that, workload gets a bit tough at times, but there is always support when you need it.

    Advice to Management

Invite speakers to come and inspire your workers! They would add to your employees' focus and drive to achieve more.

I have been working at QuinStreet full-time

    Pros

Good compensation, good benefits. Flexible hours. Flexible work from home policy. I've seen many people get promotions and move up. Also many people make horizontal moves to different departments.

    Cons

I have nothing negative to say. You might read some other negative reviews but some of those people will always find something to complain about. Quinstreet is not perfect, nothing is.

    Advice to Management

Avoid recognition awards and ceremonies based on social popularity and not measurable performance. Awards based on popularity only demoralize those productive people who are not the social butterflies..

I worked at QuinStreet full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Still not that big that you will not have access to senior management. In general I feel people are very friendly and I am happy in general with the personal side of my coworkers.

    Cons

The company has high aspirations, but it is eternally understaffed and that doesn't play well.
