    Cons

Sales Force / VE integration is not functioning properly. It has added a tremendous amount of time to the quoting/presentation process.

I have been working at Quincy Compressor full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Very engaging work environment. Forward-thinking and a great place to work. Quincy Compressor loves their salespeople. As a sales engineer, you will be provided with state of the art tools to not only do your job but accomplish your goals. Upward mobility is a part of the Quincy Compressor environment. Amazing benefits and compensation package completes the package.

    Cons

This is a fast past environment and industry. A sense of urgency is a trait that prospective candidates need to have for this line of work. So, this may not be the place for people that like to move slow or don't handle change.
