I have been working at Quinnipiac University full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Quinnipiac University's Client Services department is a great place to work! The benefits are great, including tuition waivers (for the employee and immediate family members) and a month of paid parental leave. The work is rarely boring, since there are always new tech problems to fix and new things to learn. My coworkers are great and we work well together, so even when things get frustrating, there's a good group of people helping you out. Our directors are really reliable and fair and are always willing to answer questions and provide any assistance we need. All in all, it's just a great place to work!

    Cons

In higher education, you can't really expect your salary to match what you'd get in the corporate world. It's made up for by work/life balance and benefits, but some people don't quite get that...

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing and hire more great team members!
