    Pros

Exceptional exotic taste toasted sub, savvy soup and flavorful fresh salad.

    Cons

The menu was altered too many times, lost its own identity and core customers. The worst part is trying to mimic Subway's operation who does not know about hot food.

    Advice to Management

Stay in the course. Keep your original and develop hot food within your core as like Quiznos Grill, add on snacks and desserts. Bring in less calorie menu. Upgrade technology, self-order monitor...Most important is to keep the right combination flavors and stop the free toppings that kill the crisp bread and screw up the flavor.
