    Pros

Restaurants are individually owned so job satisfaction largely depends on who you happen to work for. Luckily I got along really well with my bosses and they treated their employees well.

    Cons

Corporate doesn't seem to know what they are doing. There are too many menu and pricing changes and it confuses the customers. It's why the company is struggling so much. Customers need more consistency.

    Advice to Management

Make the experience more reliable for the customers and strive for a higher quality workforce.

    2.) Great support from corporate
    3.) Easy systems to follow
    4.) Average Royalities
    5.) High quality promotional material

    Cons

2.) Number of open stores decreased
    3.) Employees stealing
4.) Competition from Subway, Jason's Deli, Firehouse Subs and others

    Advice to Management

    Hire dependable people
    Hire mature people
    Hire honest people
    Hire people who aren't lazy
    Hire people who are "go-getters"

    Pros

Fun atmosphere, made much better by those working with me than with just the job itself. Customers were great to interact with and I enjoyed working there.

    Cons

I came into the job with a year of experience and was compensated the same as some of our brand new employees.

I worked at Quiznos full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The team atmosphere was great and expectations were clearly defined by management. It got pretty hectic during the rush hours (lunch time), but with a team members that were in sync with one another, the time passed by rather quickly.

    Cons

Since this is a franchise business, the store reflects ownership/management efforts. Regardless of how much management put into the success of the business, they were eventually at the mercy of corporate who seems to look out for their own bottom line at the expense of the franchisees.

    Advice to Management

Always be clear of what you expect of your employees.

    Pros

Quiznos provided the experience of working in the fast food restaurant industry. Fast paced, communication, and delegating were prime examples learned everyday.

    Cons

At times the business was understaffed and employees were overworked. No room for advancement, minimum wage pay with sometimes no overtime.

    Advice to Management

Respect your employees, they are the backbone of your company. Without them there is no workforce to supply the demand of your business.

    I worked at Quiznos part-time

    Pros

The other staff can be friendly depending on where you work and the workload is not entirely strenuous.

    Cons

This is not something you can make a living off of. I would recommend only having this as a job on the side of school or another job if you really need it.

I have been working at Quiznos full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They have a great schedule for students that are in college. It's an easy job. Great company to work for, great people.

    Cons

It's a food service job so you don't really develope a lot of skills aside from customer service. And well you have to wash dishes.

    Advice to Management

Consistency. Quizno's changes their portion sizes, menu options, brands of food etc. way to much. It upsets the customer when they come in and the sandwich they are looking for is either not there or has been changed and doesn't taste the same.

I worked at Quiznos full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everything was prep daily so it was fresh there wasn't a lot of employees so plenty of time to get to know each one and the regular customers knew me

    Cons

Not long after I was hired and promoted I found out that the place was closing it's doors they gave 3 days notice so I didn't get as much time there as I would have liked

    Advice to Management

If your planning on closing, then you should let your employees have notice and not give them a promotion the week before
