    I worked at R/C Theatres full-time

    Pros

If you want free movies and the option to preview the movies the day before showings. I guess free popcorn would be a pro as well.

    Cons

The pay rate is really low, never saw supervisors paid with 8.50 per hour or assistant managers with 9.00. And there is no room to grow unless a manager quits.

    Advice to Management

The managers at my branch were really professional and trying their best to keep up the good job. It's the company's values that are wrong.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at R/C Theatres part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very flexible hours and willing to work around your schedule

    Cons

Minimum wage, poorly managed location, unfair employee treatment

  4. "Great place to work!"

    Pros

Flexible schedule, fun work environment, great people, learning curve is easy and you get to watch free movies on days off!

    Cons

There really aren't any downsides to working at R/C Theatres. The pay I suppose isn't phenomenal but then again where is it these days?

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you're doing. For the most part everyone gets along with each other, and respects one another.

    Pros

I feel that the best reasons to work at R/C would be the free healthcare, free movies, popcorn and soda.

    Cons

The downsides would encompass long hours for salaried managers. Lower than average pay for the same job type. Poor incentive to generate a better workforce.

    Advice to Management

Realize that each employee is of value, regardless of their position. Understand that family comes first for almost everyone and this workplace is not any different.
