    Pros

Fun atmosphere and lots of opportunities for sales and success. It's fun to be around the music and videos for sure.

    Cons

CEO was very challenging to work with. There is not a lot of opportunity for advancement. It's a small team with little upward mobility.

    Advice to Management

    Be nicer.

    I worked at R-E-D full-time

    Pros

In a company where management is not interested in being directly involved with the daily responsibilities the employees have a lot of opportunity to try new things and improve skills that would hopefully help them land a better job somewhere else. Surprisingly high profile accounts due to the talented and creative editors and graphic designers. Salaries and budget for equipment are kept so low that they can offer their services at a huge discount compared to their competitors. If you're looking for a job where you can cut your teeth but don't expect to pay all of your bills or build a career than it could be a good opportunity.

    Cons

Quality is often set aside in favor of frugality, production equipment would be considered ancient in any other creative agency, highly chauvinistic environment without an HR department, questionable business practices, no room for growth or promotion, any salary below management is below a liveable wage, benefits and vacation time are practically non-existent.

    Advice to Management

I consider management to be the problem so I would advise to close the doors.

    I worked at R-E-D full-time

    Pros

Creative and talented staff, casual environment. There are some perks in the area of free music, concert tickets, etc. Most of the staff is friendly and outgoing.

    Cons

Creativity undervalued, outdated technology, low salary, poor morale, questionable business practices, poor management, no sales force. Lack of professionalism at management level (it's not unusual to hear a certain VP yelling at fellow managers from behind a closed door), non-existent avenues for valid complaints or concerns due to lack of an HR department. CEO is insulting and disrespectful to employees.

    Advice to Management

Re-define vision for the company, recognize the large pool of talent at your disposal and compensate them fairly
