Pros
offers health, disability, accident, dental, vision, life, critical illness such a cancer, and prescription insurance flex account offered 4 resorts to stay at for free (daytona, pigeon forge, willmington ohio, and big bear california hiden benefits you find out about as you stay at these places... for instance.... you can rent a boat (speed boats, pontoons etc.) you can even rent paddle boards to take with you for a day for free when you visit their daytona location. Just talk to the front desk clerk about reservations. 3 personal days, 1 week vacation after a year, 2 weeks after 5, 3 weeks after 10 paid bereavement (its either 2 or 3 days)
Cons
The health insurance is pricey for what you get... $40 a week for their worst option... $45 copays, $2,000/$4000 deductibles... $70 a week for best option... $30 copays, $1000/$3000 deductibles.... But I dont blame R&L for that.... It was much cheaper till obama care kicked in and we had to pay more to cover all the free loaders that wants free government hadouts. dental and vision is separate. No overtime pay for drivers....
