    Pros

    Paid well and on time. Friendly co-workers. Flexible hours if I had something to do outside of work.

    Cons

    Asked me to do a few jobs outside of HR but they weren't terribly hard. Not sure about future as there was a reduction in force occurring at the time.

    Stable Employer. Compensation good. Potential to earn amazing commission is given and achievable with hard work. As the leading communications service provider you have now worries of loading your job to the company closing its doors.

    Cons

    Lack of training for entry level sales representatives. A grace understanding of print and communications is key to success. Extra hours needed to succeed.

    Steady work flow. Lots of overtime available. Room to advance. 5 week shift rotation.

    Cons

    Tough work schedule. Not many days off a month. Rotating shifts

    Great company with great history an people. Environment is possitive and opportunity for growth is significant. Challenging and constant opportunities to get involved to collaborate and resolve issues and provide solutions.

    Cons

    Annual escalations and bonus compensation are minimal. Opportunity to work from home is very limited. Vacation package could be a little more competitive.

    Advice to Management

    4-10 work weeks. Ability to work from home more often would be a big perk. Instititite summer hours on Friday's once a month.

    Hard industry to break into, everyone has so much experience and doesn't want to share their knowledge.
