      Pros

Pretty good insurance but not the best Partnerships with clients allow for some discounts

      Cons

Could have better insurance, no parental/maternity leave (have to use vacation time, short-term disability or unpaid FMLA), little to no advancement, hires externally more for positions that could have been filled by someone in-house, need to be more competitive with pay, depending on role work/life balance is not there.

      No growth Opportunity

      Pros

Decent Health Benefits. Good Work Life Balance. Stable Job. Convenient location

      Cons

Growth Opportunity is highly limited. Have to relocate for any position above Sr. Accountant. Company fails to adapt to 21st century business practices. Minimal vacation time and zero sick days. Management has little understanding of subordinate day to day practices yet dictates how work should be done.

      Pros

Exceptional learning from leading a project in my first full-time job.

      Cons

      - I was an ‘IT Governance Specialist 1’, yet I am made to lead a major IT audit without setting these expectations while hiring - Absolutely no work life balance. There have been days when I worked for 17 hours a day, 11 hours being an average working day. - Minimal compensation: I was paid a salary of an ‘IT Specialist 1’ but performing a job of ‘IT Specialist 3’
