RAB cares about the people who work here you are a name and not a number at this company
Dec 18, 2019 - Front Desk Receptionist in Northvale, NJRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The latest technology - we have the most progressive IT department Amazing benefits - 401K, medical, dental and lunch every day Learning opportunities - training classes to learn more always offered Good people to work with - a nice group of intelligent individuals Company values - working to improve our environment and save energy
Cons
You will work hard every day - we are always busy You will be accountable for what you do - you will be proud of your work You will be asked to meet your set goals - your work will be measured

Pros
I've been working at RAB for a while now and this place is a great learning and growing opportunity. The company is headed into the right direction especially with new ideas and culture to improve our drive in the market. The company is in a nice neighborhood, free healthy lunch, and the best benefit package I heard of so far. There are a lot of friendly people as well and RAB is a good place to grow into.
Cons
Because we are constantly growing, there are growing pains along the way. The facilities are currently over packed but its something to deal with until more facilities are acquired and built. Of course there should be more parking and bathrooms. you have 2 toilet stalls shared with 100 people. As for the negative reviews left listed below me, I do know which ex-employee wrote that and most of them are pretty bogus and false is because they don't know how to work together.

RAB is expecting my expectations and much more.
Apr 21, 2020 - Interactive Marketing Specialist in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
During an uncertain economic times, RAB went beyond my greatest expectations. Not only RAB helped by donating N95 Respirators and Surgical Masks (Face Masks) to the hospitals, police departments, its employees and many more, our CEO ensured us that our jobs are protected during this pandemic time. Aside for the amazing response to the COVID-19 situation, RAB as a whole company is a great place to work at. There are perks such as free lunches, bonuses compensation, 401K etc and working with one of the best co-workers out there.
Cons
Company is still in work in progress from the last organizational change.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Free lunches for employees every day!
Cons
Company is going through major growing pains and eliminated their entire Senior (aka very expensive) team. Good to encourage change and growth. Bad because of how they did it.

Pros
Amazing company to work for. Top reputation, both in the industry and the area. Competitive salary, great benefits -- medical, dental 401k match, and free lunch.
Cons
None I can think of.

Working at RAB- Exceeded my expectations
Jun 3, 2020 - Product Data Specialist in Northvale, NJRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Working at RAB, exceeded my expectations. The company provides great benefits, values employees, supports professional development. I can't thank the CEO enough for supporting us during the COVID-19 pandemic times, by protecting our jobs and making it possible for all of us to work from home. He also communicates on regular basis by emails and keeps us informed on company status. The CEO stepped up and donated PPE & Lunches to the area hospitals & healthcare providers. The CEO's reaction to the recent events, and my personal experiences with racial discrimination, it makes me feel so secure and safe to be working at RAB.
Cons
I thought of recent organizational changes as" cons", only to realize that it actually was for the betterment of the company. Now I can see things settling and a lot of improvement.

Great place to work

Friendly and productive environment. Free lunch and good health benefits
Cons
Not a lot of room for growth
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Free Lunch, good/fun co-workers to work with.
Cons
Lot of uncertain changes in the organization. Many people got let go.
Glad to hear you like the lunch and appreciate our friendly co-workers! As you may know, we are almost finished moving our warehouse to a new, larger, better equipped facility in Cranbury which is too far to commute for our current warehouse workers, resulting in layoffs of those employees. While a difficult decision, it's a result of growth and we'll be better able to support our customers from our new warehouse.

Overall RAB is a great place to work
Dec 13, 2019 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
They offer competitive pay, great benefits, 401k and plenty of time off. They also offer catered lunch everyday which is a great benefit. Plenty of opportunities to grow within the company.
Cons
Communication within the company is not the greatest. There are a lot of changes happening but I believe they will be for the better and help bring back the old RAB culture that everyone loves.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros

Cons
Lots of engineers finding other jobs
