    Pros

Daily catered lunches, drinks & snacks. Company paid health benefits, plenty of vacation & PTO, relaxed environment & dress code and an open door policy. From the front desk to the CEO, everyone is treated with the same level of respect and their ideas are always considered and appreciated.

    Cons

They are a small company with a limited budget for bonuses and pay increases. They can't come close to competing with other technology companies in the area (MS, Amazon, Nintendo) but do seem to keep their employees happy and because of that, the rate of turnover is very low.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you all are doing. It's working and we all appreciate it.

    Pros

Working at RAF was like being part of a small yet big family. They brought in lunch every day which encouraged people to socialize

    Cons

Much like any small company it's harder for RAF to provide all of the benefits of some larger companies

    Advice to Management

Keep the close-knit feelings alive. Continue to encourage people to support each other and contribute to a positive workplace. It pays off.
