    Pros

fast pace, flat structure, exposed to all activities ongoing

    Cons

due to face pace, if you're not involved and delivering, you're by passed - so never a chance to completely finish tasks, but get to 80% and move on....

    Advice to Management

need more focus on career opportunities

    Cons

a lot of pressure to perform, if you don't make your numbers you are in trouble

    Pros

    Well led
Successful, growing business - plenty of opportunity
    Contribution is recognised and rewarded
Highly regarded on sustainability/minimising environmental impact

    Cons

The pressure is intense, and relentless
There are some great managers, but taking care of the people is not a core strength for the company as a whole

I have been working at RB full-time

    Pros

Some good colleagues in hq and abroad.

    Cons

Negative culture breed by senior management has built a toxic environment to work. Difficult to understand who to trust and who not. Aggression is thrife. Talented and hardworking are not rewarded, the tactical and manipulative are.

    Advice to Management

Care about your brands and people first and then about your bonus. Grow and guide talent. Remove toxic extreme self promotion attitude.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at RB full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Good Brands
    - Good pay
    - A few friendly colleagues

    Cons

    - Its hard to sum up what a disappointing place of work RB is. The majority of its people and leadership team do no justice to well known health, home & hygiene brands that are supposed to make peoples lives better.
-RB as a business is focused on aggressive growth (at all costs) which raises share prices. With most middle & senior management earning a generous salary and on a very generous share plan scheme most of them are only there for the money and do not really get involved in anything else that does not add to that.
    - Mainly focused on sales, and marketing to sell even more.
    - Extremely poor people focus and collaboration across the business.
    - Expected to deliver from day one without any formal training or any support.
    - Line managers are not expected to go out of their way to support the team (its just an administrative chore)
    - Crazy turnover (you end up doing the job of at least 2-3 people which they are unable to replace for long periods of time)
    - Crazy ambitious and aggressive people who will do anything they can to get promoted.
    - No meaningful PDR process or development plan.
    - Incompetent, aggressive and extremely unprofessional, senior management team.

    Advice to Management

None, I cannot see them changing their ways anytime soon.
