    Pros

Fast-paced global company with several opportunities within one site or across global network. Quick promotions for those willing to work hard and self-motivated to succeed.

    Cons

Sometimes a little too fast to where you don't finish your development before moving on. May affect training especially if you aren't self-motivated. High pressure

    Advice to Management

Spend more time and energy on building a strong foundation for new hires via training. This foundation should also be extended to continuous improvement training classes and opportunities to attend external training or conferences to expand knowledge.

I have been working at RB full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A lot of ownership! Fast pace and highly commercially driven! High energy . Highly autonomous . Success hungry individuals especially the SVPs - however sometimes have negative impact to team work

Spend more time training people and growing employees than worry about APP/ bonus
