I have been working at RBC Bearings full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of parking at all times :)

    Cons

    Lousy compensation and benefits throughout

    Advice to Management

Significantly improve salaries, raises, and bonuses to your engineers while offering a real 401k with improved healthcare. Improve all the engineering documentation and have a real quality control function. Sub-par compensation = sub par products. Company should not take advantage of NAFTA and use their operations in Reynosa, Mexico to lower headcount in the states and say "Made in the USA".

    Cons

There was a lack of mentorship emphasis, there was a lack of a clear and defined career path and minimal discussion or planning regarding it, the IT and other systems were annoyingly archaic and limiting.
