I have been working at RBC as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

The ability to communicate with high ranking managers made it a great learning experience. I would also say that the culture is very friendly and welcoming

    Cons

There is a lot of policy and limitations for interns, For example, I helped a Wealth Management Team with their social media and found my ability to help serve the team to be very confined due to endless restrictions and nuances.

    Advice to Management

Offer you interns more room to show their ideas.
