I have been working at RBC full-time

    Pros

RBC is continuing to rise in the equity league tables and supports top analysts, but those at the lower end will find significantly less support. The bank tends to be conservative which is good in economic downturns.

    Cons

Pay is a bit less than comparable Street positions and IT systems are behind the curve.

    Advice to Management

The training/education sessions for junior employee are really great. If there are more educational sessions, that would be quite helpful.
