I worked at RBC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Accumulated plenty of vacation after decades of working there but still decided to quit after being treated unfairly and bullied.,

    Cons

Bad management. Unappreciated. Taken advantage of. Hard to get time off. Come back from vacation to a huge mess. I was bullied, bossed around. RBC does not care about its employees. No raise in 2 years even though my reviews were exceptional. Always went above and beyond but never got appreciated or acknowledged. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees. Get rid of negative, people. Hire better management. Don't let things get swept under the rug. Deal with and manage bad employees.

I have been working at RBC part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most people working at RBC are older professionals so you can learn from their experience.

    Cons

Very conservative and unfair in promotions. Doesn't matter about your performance.. it's about if your manager likes you or not. I would not recommend this place to young professionals.

    Advice to Management

Provide better career opportunities to the university recent graduates.
