    Pros

Great place to learn alot. It is very fast paced. After working their I understood the pros and cons of the advertising industry.

    Cons

The upper management was callous at times. We were stretched very thin also. I wish we had more staff to help us.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to hire more people and not make the employees work to death. It was exhasperating to work there.

    Pros

fixed position, enough hours, easy work,

    Cons

They often get your hours mixed up be sure to double check and confirm the hours you worked they are known for docking their guards pay. make sure you also to ask for benefits and raise after your probation period. supervisor's are known to be very impolite with subordinate guards and are very unhelpful when guards need assistance. instead of being supporting and being a team leader they make fun at guards who are having a difficult time adapting to their environment. quick to point fingers harass and make fun.

    Advice to Management

Take your job more professionally, quit having drinks on the job, and most importantly be more organized and aware how your supervisor treats subordinate guards.
